Great location just a stone's throw away from a fantastic beach. Situated in a new building near a choice of Haad Rin or Tong Sala, where you can find nice restaurants and easy access to taxis. 🏖️

The staff was incredibly nice, amiable, and responded promptly to requests. Spotlessly clean and immaculate room with free Wi-Fi was all we needed. An electronic key card, a sitting area, and a study table worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I was happy, the double room I booked came with good air conditioning and very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right by the restaurant, the beach down the hostel and Haad Rin.

The location of this place is very convenient, being near Koh Phangan, Haad Rin, Tong Sala, and the beach, making our stay during our entire Thailand trip very enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated outdoor play area for the children. The property has an amazing terrace where guests can relax, but it would be even better if there was a designated spot for the kids to play safely.

Our stay at Baan Klong House was definitely worth the money! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is adding a wider variety of options to the menu.

The family at Baan Klong House were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, even inviting us to join them for dinner and celebrating their daughter's birthday with them. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The location is convenient, albeit not close to restaurants or shops, but they kindly lent us peds so we could easily get around.

Felt very much at home, no reason to complain.

Stayed at a lovely place with a stunning garden view, free parking, and even shared a laugh with other guests. They also provided water sports facilities and a spa center, which I obviously had time for.

Who needs a convenient location and helpful staff when you can stay at a place with no ATM and no car hire? So inconvenient, it's almost comical.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing cold drinks and a plate of delicious local fruits. The owners were incredibly helpful and carried our luggage up to our spacious and clean room. The fresh white bedding and towels added a touch of luxury to our stay. Renting bikes from the hotel allowed us to explore the island easily, and we discovered a beautiful private beach just a short walk away, perfect for watching the sunset. The owners went above and beyond, helping us hail a taxi for the full moon party and arranging transportation to the pier for our departure. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made our experience at Baan Klong House truly exceptional.

The hotel's location on a main road can result in some noise during the night, but a pair of earplugs easily solves this issue. While there weren't many nearby beaches, the hotel more than made up for it with their private beach and the convenience of renting bikes.
